Access bn888 — everything from login and beyond

Once you register with bn888, you never need to register again. From the next visit onwards, simply log in — just enter your mobile number and password to get straight into your account. Everything you need to know about logging in is covered on this page.

A common question we hear is — what do I do if I forget my password? Simply go to the bn888 FAQ page and submit a password reset request. An OTP will be sent to the mobile number you registered with; enter it to set a new password. The entire reset process takes less than 5 minutes.

One thing to keep in mind when logging in to bn888 — always make sure you're on the correct website. Look for the green padlock icon and "https" in your browser's address bar to confirm the site is secure. Be cautious if anyone sends you a link to access bn888 — always come directly to the official bn888 website.

Follow a few simple rules to keep your password secure. Use a password that is at least 8 characters long and combines numbers and letters. Avoid using your name, mobile number, or date of birth as a password — these are easy to guess. Don't reuse the same password on other sites. Changing your password every 6 months is a good habit to get into.

Only use the "Remember this device" option on your personal phone or home computer. If you're logging in from an office, cyber café, or a friend's phone, do not check this option — and always log out when you're done. Enabling fingerprint login on the bn888 app means you won't need to enter your password every time — it's both convenient and secure.

Bn888 supports simultaneous logins across multiple devices — you can stay logged in on the mobile app and a desktop browser at the same time without any issues. However, if you suspect someone else is accessing your account, change your password immediately and log out of all devices. You can check which devices are currently logged in by viewing "Active Sessions" in your account settings.

After logging in to bn888, you'll land directly on your dashboard. There you can see your wallet balance, active bets, recent transactions, and the latest promos — all at a glance. Use the left menu to navigate to any section — Sports, Casino, Jackpot, or Rewards. While logged in, your account details are automatically visible in the support chat, so any issue you raise gets resolved faster.

Login may occasionally take a moment — this can happen when your connection is slow or the server is under heavy load. In that case, wait a moment or refresh the page. Entering the wrong password multiple times may temporarily lock your account — wait 30 minutes or contact support to resolve it. bn888 support is available 24 hours a day in Bengali.
